Dear Homeowner:
Enclosed is your dues assessment of $90.00 for the 2004 calendar year.
The Board has worked hard to contain the costs of maintaining our common areas and
entrances. In 2003 there were several areas that required attention. The old signs were
deteriorating and have been replaced. The entrance beds were given more attention and this
will improve in 2004. We are currently tendering for improved beds maintenance and we are
investigating the possibility of adding electricity and lighting at the entrances.
We are obligated to contribute to the Wexford Mews Homeowners Association as required in
the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions & Liens. Article V, Section
B.
The Board has decided to publish the addresses of delinquent dues accounts in the Mews
News. Over the past year a few homeowners have realized that failure to pay annual dues
has resulted in the filing of liens or disclosure at the time of closing by the title
company. The carrying costs of those accounts in arrears will be collected eventually. As
with City Taxes...the collection and payment of dues are YOUR responsibility. If you
suspect that you are behind in your dues please contact:
