Meeting Minutes
January 19, 2000
The meeting was called to order
at 7:00 p.m. by Mike Kirk.
Attendance was taken and is as follows:

The following homeowners were present: Bill Smyth, Frank Cooney, Ron Dice, Cheryl

Also present: Valerie Klock, Wixom Police Liaison

Valerie told the board that numerous breaking and entering had been
reported recently in Wixom. Luckily, none had been reported in Wexford Mews
subdivision. She advised all homeowners to be sure they keep their doors, sliding
doors and windows locked.
Committee Reports
ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
Mike Reckling talked about the upcoming Bonfire and Sledding Party in Dover Park
(Phase 3). The date has been set for Saturday, February 5th. Activities begin
at 3 p.m. Mike is currently making arrangements to have wood delivered for a bonfire
that evening.
FINANCE COMMITTEE
Steve reported that dues letters were sent to all homeowners on January
18th. The letter also included information regarding the Annual Meeting on May 24th.
COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Aileen stated that the next Wexford Mews newsletter would be arriving on
homeowner's doorsteps the week of January 24th.
MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE
Mike Kirk stated that the board had received a bid of $800 to remove the dead
trees at 1964 Grasmere. A motion to approve this was passed previously in 1999.
Meeting Minutes
October Meeting Minutes were voted on and approved by the board.
Old Business
There was no old business to be discussed.
New Business
Mike Kirk talked about the water main project that will be occurring
behind Corran Drive. A new water line will be plotted for the new phase by the
Bluffs. A meeting for homeowners affected by this project will be held on February
3rd at 7 p.m. at the Community Center.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 23rd.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
