Meeting Minutes
October 20, 1999
The meeting was called
to order at 7:05 pm by Mike Kirk.
Attendance was taken and is as follows:

The following homeowners were present: Bill Smyth, Cindy Kluz

There have been a
couple of larcenies in Hidden Creek lately where cell phones were stolen from cars.
Valerie advised that all homeowners be sure to keep valuables out of sight and their cars
locked. There have also been numerous reports regarding credit card fraud. She
advised homeowners to check your credit report for any issues on a yearly basis.

Minutes were voted on and approved by the board.
Committee Reports
FINANCE COMMITTEE (Steve Koester)
The homeowner with past dues owed did not accept service of the certified letter
from the board regarding their lien.
Steve distributed a financial summary report from January 1st through
October 19th.
ACTIVITIES/WELCOMING COMMITTEE (Mike
Reckling)
RULES/INSURANCE COMMITTEES
ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE (Fred Hayball)
Fred gave the board members an
update regarding the fence on a corner lot in Phase Two. Bob Hood had approved their
plan for a fence after the city initially approved the plan. Since then, the city
has told the homeowner that the fence violates city ordinances regarding corner lots.
Mike read his opinion of the situation. It was noted that the neighbors had
contacted the association prior to purchasing the home to determine association rules for
fences.
Steve made a motion to table the discussion and to simply advise homeowners of
the city restrictions for corner lots. The motion was carried.
COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Mike has updated the web
page. Signs will be placed at all entrances urging homeowners to visit the site at
www.wexford.freeservers.com
MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE (Mike Kirk)
Irrigation blowout is scheduled for
10/22.
New sprinkler heads will be installed at the first entrance in the spring.
The pond fountain is being removed for winter
There are 2 dead trees in Corran Park that have been marked for removal.
Three companies have been contacted for quotes. Steve made a motion that Mike can
make the decision up to $1000- the vote carried.

Old Business
Rick stated that Mike Dornan with the City has clarified the issues with the
developer of Phase 3 and work on Dover Park will start soon.
The subdivision directory is almost complete and will be delivered door to door.
New Business
Mike distributed the meeting calendar for 1999/2000.
Mike noted that the November meeting will be a working meeting for the 2000
budget. That meeting will be held at Mike's home- 4160 Warrington Drive.
Call to the Public
Cindy Kluz asked about removing
the political signs from the entrance to the neighborhood. It was noted that those
signs are allowed on city property based on both Federal and City laws. The city
will collect the signs after the election.
The next meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, November 17th at Mike Kirk's
home.
