Meeting Minutes
July 21, 1999
The meeting was called
to order at 7:05 pm by Mike Kirk.
Attendance was taken and is as follows:

There was not a quorum for the meeting.
The following homeowners were present and introduced: Bill Smyth, Deborah Kiesling.
Also present: Valerie Klock, Wixom Police Liason
Meeting Minutes
The board passed on approval of June minutes until the September
meeting. It was noted that the minutes from April and May also need to be approved.
Committee Reports
ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
The picnic is in the planning stages.
A flier will be passed out asking for volunteers and items to donate for the
raffle.
FINANCE COMMITTEE
A lien on 1 home in the neighborhood is being filed tomorrow.
A total of 8 homeowners still have outstanding dues payments.
RULES COMMITTEE
COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE
No landscaping issues have been pursued since the last Board meeting.
Laying sod on the island at the first entrance was completed.
End of Committee Reports
Wixom Police Liason
Valerie reported that the police had successfully captured the man who
was approaching children in the area. She also talked about adding safety
information to the Wexford Mews Web Page. The Board was informed that Bike Helmets,
for both adults and children, will be on sale through the Police Department. Details
will be posted in the next Crossroads and the deadline to order is September.
Old Business
Abridged By-Laws- The issued was tabled until the September Meeting.
Subdivision Directory- There will be a table at the picnic to collect names
of homeowners for the directory. The deadline is the end of August.
Phase 3,4,5 Turnover- Mike will email a copy of the punchlist developed
with the city to all Board members. He has worked with Greg McCaffrey and a list has
been sent to the developer. The bark on the bike path (entrance on Devonshire) will
be redone.
New Business
Calendar for 1999-2000- Mike will do a new calendar for the next year and
pass out at the September meeting.
Call to the Public
Bill Smyth inquired about recreation vehicles parked in yards. He was told
that if he files a signed, written complaint, the board will send a letter to the
homeowner.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 15th at the Wixom
Community Center.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm.
