The Board of Directors has determined that the homeowners will be better served
through printed hard copy responses to official homeowner communication. This will
minimize any misunderstanding, misinterpretation and/or inaccuracies with electronic mail.
The intent of this web site is to provide updates and communication to the
homeowners as a bulletin board rather than a forum.
Homeowners wishing to report bylaws infractions must do so via a signed letter to
the Board.
The infraction must be listed in detail, including the lot address in question and the
reporting homeowner's address. In fairness to all parties involved, the Board will not
officially respond to or consider anonymous complaints. The Board guarantees an official
response either verbally or via U.S. Mail, to all who comply with the above guidelines.
