Wexford Mews
Homeowners Association

Wexford Mews is a subdivision consisting of single-family homes on 281 lots in the northwestern corner of Wixom, Michigan.

In the late 1980's, building began with Phase 1 & 2 and continued in 1995/6 with the addition of Phases 3,4 & 5, completed in 2000.

All lot owners/residents are automatically members of the
Wexford Mews Homeowners Association, a non-profit corporation in the State of Michigan. Each lot owner is responsible for a nominal annual dues fee. Bills normally accompany the President's letter to the homeowners each January.

The Association's primary purpose for existing is outlined in the Mission Statement/Corporate Purpose, located on the next page.

Wexford Mews has green areas at three entrances (Weyhill, Wexford, & Devonshire Drive) and four commons areas (Corran, Wexford, Devonshire & Dover Park; see the Subdivision Map), for which the Association is responsible.

There are
213 lots in Phase 1 & 2 and 68 lots in Phase 3,4 & 5 for a total of 281 lots in Wexford Mews. All 5 phases were developed by Resco Inc. Phase 1 & 2 lots were built between approximately 1990 and 1996 by several builders. Phase 3, 4 & 5 was built by two builders between 1996 and 2000.

Wexford Mews is bordered by two other subdivisions; Hidden Creek (platted at Oakland County as Smoklers Subdivision) to the east and Wexford Woods, under construction, to the north.

The Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by popular vote at each annual meeting in the spring. The Board typically includes 4 officers - President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer, elected by each new Board of Directors.

New homeowners should contact any board member or write the Association for an official copy of the Bylaws, Covenants/Restrictions and Amendments documents.
